March Schedule…Housekeeping!

March 1, 2018February 24, 2018 Pandamonium Publishing House

March is a lot lighter than February was, and for that, I’m grateful! Just kidding, I love being busy, however, sometimes, I need to complete the tasks at hand that are long overdue. With 50 manuscripts still on my desk that have been submitted and working with my authors, illustrators, student volunteers, and the people who organize events, marketing, and general business things such as our monthly newsletter and speaking events, it’s time for me to tie up loose ends before we get too far into April! This month is dedicated to behind the scenes:) Plus, we are all awaiting the much-anticipated release of Phillip Star! In the meantime, here are some upcoming events!

March 2, 2018-Field trip to Sheridan College Trafalgar Campus with our high school volunteers Gavin and Gage to meet one of our in-house children’s illustrators, our very own Shamayal Hayat! The guys have some excellent questions lined up and are super excited to meet her. We will also be bringing her some materials that will be imperative for the production of our upcoming holiday title, The Legend of The Christmas Sardine.

March 17, 2018- I’ll be signing copies of all of my current releases for kids and adults at Old Town Events put on by my very dear friend, Jo at Niagara on the Lake. This is always an excellent event because Jo collects donations for The Humane Society, Newark Neighbours, and The St. Vincent De Paul Society and she does such a great job! I’ll be there from 10 am to 4pm, and the address is 222 Davy Street, Niagara on the Lake. Hope to see you there!

March 18, 2018– I’ll be signing books again at the same event as the one above, but this time from 11am to 4pm. Be sure to bring a non-perishable food item to support the wonderful causes that the event is collecting for! 222 Davy Street, Niagara on the Lake.

March 23, 2018-I’ll be visiting a high school in Hamilton, to talk about the mechanics of book writing, publishing, character creation, and much more. This is going to be even more special for me because MY high school English teacher invited me! Can’t wait to see her, do her proud, and catch up!

March 24, 2018-I’ll be at an Easter Bazaar from 9am to 2pm at Marian Hall which is located at 79 Freelton Road in Freelton, L0R 1K0 signing copies of my book along with giving out some very special treats to some very special readers! This event will be raising proceeds that will be donated to the Flamborough Food Bank to support local families with their holiday meals. Cash and Dry Good Donations will be gratefully accepted during this event. Hope to see you there!

March 31, 2018– Submission for all types of FICTION will be OPEN! Can’t wait to read your work, I’m looking forward to some fresh ideas. Please remember to follow the guidelines which can be found by searching Author Submissions in the search bar. Thank you to all of those who submit.

Oh…and on a personal note, I’ll be attending the Yankees vs. Blue Jays game on March 30th for some much-needed fun! GO YANKEES! Look for us on T.V. because you guys are going to love my sign!
